Urgent Requirement - Java Lead at Chicago, IL.

We are looking for Java Lead at Chicago, IL.  Please let me know if you have anyone available for the below role.

 

·       Role:                     Java Lead

·       Location :             Chicago, IL.

·       Duration:             Longterm / Fulltime

 

Description:

v  Java (10+ years minimum)

v  Spring Framework (5+ years minimum)

v  3+ years of experience with JavaScript/ES6/Typescript and at least one frontend framework (e.g. React, Angular 2+, Vue)

v  Cloud native technologies, containerization and orchestration (3+ years minimum)

v  Devops and delivery pipelines (3+ years minimum)

v  Solid understanding of build tools: Maven

v  Solid understanding of AWS (EC2 instances, S3 storage, Kinesis Streams, Route 53, CloudFront, CloudFormation and Networking (VPC, subnets, security groups))

v  Solid understanding of Git: at minimum know how to add, commit, push, merge, and use of feature/dev branches

v  Solid understanding of REST APIs (building and maintaining), JSON standards and microservices.

v  Ability to debug issues across the stack (server issues, application issues)

o   At a minimum be able to identify and distinguish these issues so that you can reach out to the appropriate resource

v  Experience working in an agile environment

v  Familiarity with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB

v  Familiarity  with LINUX operating system

v  Familiarity with CI/CD tool like Bamboo/Jenkins

v  Working knowledge of Atlassian Tools (Bitbucket, JIRA, Bamboo, Confluence)

SOFT SKILLS

v  Good written and verbal communication

v  Ability to work alone and with others

v  Experience working in an onsite/offshore model

v  Experience in working with front-line technical support teams to provide production support
