Role : Java Backend developer (Server side)
Location : Manhattan ,NY, San Francisco ,CA
Duration : Long term
Opportunity : Contract/Full time Basis
Job Description :
Role
Contributes to development and maintenance of the constantly evolving existing API Platform products
Creates tools and products that help internal service owners on board their services on developer portal
Owns and contributes to MasterCard Open Source projects that offer API Client signing and encryption libraries
Generates creative ideas to continually improve the processes in place and executes them collaboratively
Required skills :
Very strong object-oriented design and development skills with Java and Spring Boot.
Strong experience on Open API Platform
Experience on one or more of the following additional programming languages and scripts (C#, JavaScript, Python, Ruby, PHP)
Demonstrated experience on developing backend and frontend systems
Experience in designing and delivering APIs and security models
Comfortable with databases and optimizing DB queries
Offers high value contributions to the product, team and the company.
