Hi, This is Sravan from Veda info and I have the below requirements from one of our esteemed client so please respond to me if you are comfortable or if you have any consultant matching the below requirement Title: Network & Desktop Engineer - IT Support Location: New York City, NYC Duration: 12 Months We are looking for someone who has exp. in resolving IT ISSUES REMOTELY. The candidate will be responsible for resolving IT ISSUES of the employees located in different locations of the client.
NEED - IT SUPPORT SME - 4 ROLES TO FILL
MUST HAVE:
* Network expertise
* Desktop Support expertise
* Windows support expertise
* Application Support Expertise
Exp required - 10-15 years Skillsets
* Good understanding of Network engineering and Desktop Engineering
* Capable of debugging application performance issues for the end users (Financial Analysts supporting their clients from the branch office)
* Understanding of IT security protocols, Windows Administration and Database Administration
* Experience in cloud migrations is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
* Support users working in branches by addressing/remediating service disruption, performance degradations within a short timeframe
* Provide solutions for service improvements optimizations
* Develop, govern and manage solutions to drive branch reliability and performance efforts
* Manage key initiatives that are relevant for branch operations clients for service improvements
