Role and Responsibilities
Environment Monitoring: regular monitor for UAT and TEST environments Regular Health Checks: Performing Daily system and application health checks to ensure the test environments are available for various testing phases.
Handling issues and requests from Business Users, Testing teams and other application support teams. Working with Development teams to investigate complex issues, identify and implement solutions to recurring problems.
Automation of standard daily tasks where necessary Resolving JIRA and requests after carrying out detailed investigations Working with development and other IT infra teams as appropriate to address IT specific issues.
Experience in working with banking industry would be a plus.
2-6 years of relevant IT experience in production or Non-Production support.
