Product Owner/Business Analyst of the Market Reference Data application. Work closely with business and other product owners to identify data requirements and implement cost effective solutions. Identify and negotiate SLA’s with business users and manage service quality. Participates in business analysis, project planning and management by documenting and maintaining roadmaps and implementation plans. Advocate and implement Continuous Improvement and Lean concepts. Lead or participate in Data Management initiative to ensure compliance to corporate policies.
- Candidate should have 10+ years of experience in the investment/securities industry, BS/BA in related area.
- Candidate should have solid experience in/with Reference Data
- Knowledge of depositories, custodians, counterparties
- At least moderate SQL
- Experience in agile development
Product Owner / Business Analyst to provide business requirements, analysis and to support ongoing business processes.
- Responsible for the demand management process, including collecting, organizing and vetting requests with the Business stakeholders and IT Product Owners.
- Manage product rollout to business globally, including Business testing, training, business procedures and readiness
- Be prepared to lead one of the Corporate Governance/CIS/ISO initiatives impacting SF applications and/or business process to ensure compliance with latest requirements
- Proactively prepare and communicate audience-appropriate project status, including steering committee updates.
- Manage Business stakeholder engagement, accountability and expectations. Proactively identify, influence and resolve business issues
- Assess and understand impacts of new products and technology on the business operating model.
- Work closely with IT Product Owner and Development teams to communicate Business
- Requirements and share knowledge on business processes/flows.
- Ensure products developed maximize business value and meet or exceed requirements, and that benefits are realized.
- Lead or participate in Data Management initiative to ensure compliance to corporate policies.
- Work closely with Agile team in capacity of Product Owner.
- Communicating (verbal and written) project details and concepts to various audiences and levels of management
- Defining the business deployment strategy and facilitating the business deployments
- Leading the end to end SDLC. Includes participating and directing as needed the entire project from initiation to implementation to ensure business objectives are met - this includes actively participating in technical design and architecture reviews and test case reviews, etc.
