Job Details: Lead - Cisco Contact Center applications

Technical Hiring Criteria (Must Haves)
* Programming Languages: Cisco IVR , Java , ICM
* Platform/Environment: Cisco
* Database Management System: Oracle but not Mandatory
* Application Packages, etc.: Cisco

1. hands on experience on Cisco Contact Center applications like CVP, UCCE, CUIC
2. Good programming knowledge on Java
3. Good experience in development and production support in CVP Call Studio

Detailed Job Description:
- Experience in Cisco IVR , ICM ,Java development .
- Experienced in handling support projects .
- Experience in writing ICM scripts .
- Knowledge in Aspect WFM , Dialer and NICE recording solutions.
- Knowledge of onsite offshore model.

Minimum years of experience: 5+

Responsibilities:
1. Team handling skills
2. Working with Business and other stakeholders
3. Good knowledge of Estimation Techniques
