Looking for Performance Engineer not tester

Must Have Skills:
1) Robot Framework
2) Relativity

Detailed Job Description:
* Performance monitoring and tuning. Should be able to provide input on performance testing and various NFR which should be setup for a new app. Need to work with Allstate Performance testing team and should be able to analyze the performance test results and provide feedback.
* Should have knowledge of monitoring tools like Dynatrace/Splunk so that he/she can provide input and help in setup of these for the new app by working with the Allstate stakeholders.
* Server capacity planning for the new app and disaster recovery setup.

Minimum years of experience: 5+ years

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:
Provide input on performance testing and various NFR
Analyze the performance test results and provide feedback
Disaster recovery setup.
