UI / UX Designer @ San Francisco

Hello,
My name is Alfred Nelson and I am a Staffing Specialist at VedaInfo Inc. I am reaching out to you on an exciting job opportunity with one of our clients.

Please find the JD below and kindly respond with the below details if interested:

Work authorization:
Expected pay-rate (or) employer details:

Job Role: UI / UX Designer
Client: PSG (Persistent Systems) / First Republic Bank
Job Location: San Francisco
Contract Duration: 12 Months + Extendable Possible

What you'll do as a UI / UX Designer
We're looking for someone who has a really good eye for interface visual design and a nice toolbox of experience design and prototyping skills to help us design, test, learn, and build great online customer experiences in both the mobile and desktop arenas. You'll be an integral part of our experience design team, not just an afterthought.

You'll drive new approaches to our visual design online, bridging a gap between older, established customers and newer, digitally native customers, as well as helping us to create and communicate a design system to our Product and Engineering partners.

Additionally, you'll help us build prototypes that can support complex interfaces and which can be rapidly adapted to try out different approaches to solving the challenges we're faced with. You'll help us make the right choices about what tools and technologies to use, and then use those technologies and tools to build out the prototypes.

You'll be collaborating with the other members of the UX team to help develop a visual design approach that balances issues of brand, color, typography, layout, hierarchy, and flow to come up with the best solutions for our customers and products on both the desktop and mobile platforms. Will there be some production and specifications work required? Of course. But we're most definitely not looking for a production artist.
You'll also be driving our prototype development, ranging from lo-fidelity and relatively simple step-through approaches to more complex versions, potentially built with JavaScript frameworks like Angular and React.
When you're not focused on broader visual design concerns or helping create prototypes across the product spaces, you'll be taking on full-stack projects of your own and/or collaborating with other experience designers and our partners in Product and Engineering to make our work as a team better.

You could be a great fit if you have:
A portfolio of your work, and the ability to explain it, will be a central requirement for any applicant.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
*   Don't just want to pass the time at a job, but instead want to be a central part of the success of the business and the happiness of our users.
*    Have a solid grasp of user-centered design processes: planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns
*    Are an expert in the relevant software tools for the job. (For design, most of us are using Sketch, Invision, Omnigraffle and the relevant Adobe tools where applicable. For prototyping, we're using Sketch, InVision, Framer, as well as some HTML / CSS approaches using Angular and the like.)
*    Can deliver high quality end-to-end designs including annotated wireframes, prototypes, specifications documents, and presentations
*    Stay up with current trends in UX design and have loosely held but strong viewpoints about them
*    Have the ability to both give and take constructive criticism
*    Are able to present and explain design decisions to diverse groups, including senior management
*    Highly desired bonus skills:
*    Have expert knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
*    Have experience building prototypes with JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, and/or others
