- Job brief
Experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products in the healthcare domain and bringing new & innovative offerings to market. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams in Harman and it's Customers to design solutions and offerings and drive IP led solution selling. - Responsibilities
* Product Planning
o Defining Product Strategy and life cycle along with customer Product Manager
o Defining Product feature set
o Technology Evaluation and selection - Working with engineering to determine the differentiated technology for Implementation
o Build solution offerings and packages on top of core IP / Product assets to push IP led professional service engagements
* Product Implementation
o Act as customer to engineering ensuring - Time, Cost and Quality outcomes for product development
* Product Launch & Sales
o Work with QMS teams for Regulatory compliance
o Work with Marketing to define GTM including Marketing collaterals, Demos events etc.
o Work with regional sales team for product sales
o Define Partner eco-system
* Post launch Feedback & Improvement
o Engage with customers to get feedback on product features and plan product roadmap
o Work with engineering on product enhancements and product support
What You Need :
- 8-10 years of experience in Healthcare domain with 3 years' experience as Product Manager
- Experience working with SaMD (Software as Medical Device) products
Desirable
- Experience working with regulatory organizations like US FDA
- Knowledge of Product in oncology or neurology Indications
