Responsibilities:
* In the role of Manufacturing Solution Specialist working in Milwaukee Wisconsin you will be part of a program to complete a process and systems implementation in support of a merger.
* The candidate will be focused on providing manufacturing solutions within an integrated three tier system landscape including SAP, GE Proficy and distributed control system environment.
* Partner with the stakeholders to analyze business and functional requirements with the intent to translate those into business relevant functional system designs.
* Work with the System Integrators and Solution Architects to convert functional designs into system-based detail designs. Collaborate with the various stakeholders in the solution delivery team to develop and execute a full life cycle of test plans.
* Take Part in development of change management strategies and related documentation.
* At least 10 to 12 years of experience providing manufacturing solutions utilizing integrated manufacturing execution systems.
* Ability to maintain an In-depth knowledge and proficiency with discrete or process-based manufacturing practices. understanding of technical architecture of integrated manufacturing execution systems environment.
* Have been part of at least four end-to-end implementations of an integrated manufacturing execution systems solution. Experience with SAP ECC PP-PI. Experience with SAP MII (Integration) a plus. Experience with GE Proficy Plant Applications MES a plus.
* Experience with systems integration to a Distributed Control System a plus. Experience maintaining master data. Travel is required to Brewery locations (Domestic and International). O
* pen to a challenge. Ability to complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.
