Work with departments business function owners to get signed off requirements for user onboarding.
This includes working with Rivian leaders, managers, directors to identify roles, hardware software requirements and other onboarding requirements for new hires.
Minimum years of experience: 5+

Proactively reach out to stakeholders of the departments business functions for identifying user onboarding requirements.
Leverage reusable templates for capturing onboarding requirements and development of Job roleWork with departmentsbusiness function owners to get signed off requirements for user onboarding.
