Detailed Job Description:
- In the role of e-Commerce Business Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement,
evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations.
- You will participate in detailed design, architecture workshops and create process artifacts and product evolution plan.
- You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required Qualifications
• At least 4 years of experience in the Business Consulting activities
• Understanding of e-Commerce processes and Manufacturing domain
• Work closely with the customer and project team to define business requirements
• Ability to provide recommendations with regards to future business and solution opportunities
• Capability & Feature prioritization within Rally or JIRA
• Owns Backlog and product Maturity
• Confirms capabilities and features get refined to the correct level
• Break down capabilities into features for the Delivery Teams
• Responsible to make sure the investment has a healthy backlog (6-12 months, based on capital available)
• Communicates regularly to the Release Train leaders impacted of new capabilities (scope) and business milestones
• Work with architects to gain approval from business owners and impacted stakeholders on Capability solutions
• Analytical and Communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Auto-mobile or manufacturing domain knowledge
• Experience in SAP Commerce Cloud product
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
• Experience with project management
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

- Need to understand the e-commerce functional flow preparing business models and solution maps
- Creating user stories with acceptance criteria
- Story refinement sessions to the team
