Job Description
Infosys is seeking an Oracle Service Cloud Tech expert with hand on experience with OSvC BUI, Java Script, HTML, CSS, and PHP and a passion for creating the best user experience. The selected candidate should have strong experience of release and sprint planning. Candidate should be able to deliver complete solution architecture and prepare technical design documents for solution. Candidate should own complete delivery including planning multiple phases of SDLC, adhere security policies communication management, risk management
Required Qualifications:
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Santa Clara, CA or be willing to relocate to the area.
• Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum three OSvC implementation experience
• At least 10 years of experience in delivering technology solutions in Oracle Service Cloud space.
• Good hands on experience with OSvC BUI release.
• Excellent experience on JavaScript, PHP, HTML and CSS experience in OSvC space.
• Strong customer focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in providing solution architecture and design for Oracle Service Cloud tools and technology to meet business requirement.
• Create comprehensive technical design document
• Conduct reviews with offshore team and lead business meetings.
• Experience in Planning multiple stages of SDLC including releases and cutover plans
• Ability to drive story grooming sessions with business.
• Ability to plan and execute scrum development with offshore team.
• Excellent communication skills.
