4+ Experience in IVR Testing
Hand On experience in Genesys workspace.
Functional testing experience
Good to have: Agile, scrum, onshore-offshore coordination
Very good communication
Detailed Job Description:
Requires good knowledge of IVR testing.
Person should have experience using CYARA automation tool for IVR testing.
He should have knowledge of Genesys Workspace, Genesys Administrator, CCGC.
Good to have experience in LeanFT tool .
Should be familiar with testing concepts
Minimum years of experience:
7-10 years
