· Tableau Administration
Detailed Job Description:
· 5 years’ relevant experience must
· Installation, Upgrade, maintenance and support of all Tableau components
· Familiar with Tableau Prep, Server and Data Management Add-on’s
· Respond to and resolve tickets on technical issues related to Tableau Platform within defined SLAs
· Co-ordinate with Tableau Support for any unresolved issues and tool specific issues or hot fixes/patches
· Responsible for Monitoring, reporting, and controlling Tableau server usage
· Deep level troubleshooting includes RCA
· Identifying problems in advance and looking for continuous service improvements
· Participate in problem management and come up with trend analysis on recurring incidents
· Creation and maintenance of system documentation related to the Tableau environment
· Ability to architect a stable Tableau solution guaranteed for high operational availability
· Expertise in Tableau platform sizing, troubleshooting, tuning & disaster recovery
· Work closely with technical architects, data and software engineers to ensure optimal application design to support reporting requirements
· Experience working with Data Sources connecting to Snowflake, Oracle and other sources from Tableau
· Manage and support migration of objects (dimensions, measures, hierarchies, reports, workbooks, dashboards), from development to production environments
· Provide appropriate support to business users on the use of Tableau interactive web reports, Tableau Desktop
