Detailed Job Description:
- Assisting the sales team in comprehending business requirements, creating analytical instruments for sales assessment, and delivering training on these tools contributing to the team's accomplishment of business objectives.
- Utilize internal and external data providing strategic direction to leadership and sales team.
- Create business driven dashboards that give insight to existing sales, opportunities, customers, competitors etc.
- Providing ad hoc reports and market insights based on data.
- Support joint business planning
Must skills:
- Must be proficient in Oracle Data Visualization (Oracle DV) and Classic BI
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong mathematical skills--ability to calculate discounts, interests, commissions, & percentages.
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills--ability define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Requires self-motivation and little or no supervision
- Must be capable of some travel
- Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a team environment
