Position: QA Analyst
Location: Maryland Heights, MO

Our client, a telecommunications company located in Maryland Heights, MO is in need of a QA Analyst for an 18 month contract with a chance for conversion to fulltime. The QA Analyst will work onsite daily, and will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing Jira tickets, preparing and executing test plans and test cases, working in collaboration with Business Analysts, UAT Testers, and Development teams, and documenting results in ALM Octane.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years' experience working as a QA Analyst (experience testing BSS systems highly preferred)
- 2+ years' experience using defect tracking systems such as JIRA and general knowledge of defect processing and control
- Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to present findings clearly to management
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst conducting requirements gathering, etc.
- Experience with ALM Octane or similar
- Telecom/Cable Experience
