Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Management Specialist with expertise in retail logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing all facets of the supply chain processes for our retail client, ensuring efficient and effective logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Manage and optimize the entire supply chain process, including procurement, production, inventory management, logistics, and distribution for our retail client.

2.      Analyze the supply chain workflow to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic solutions.

3.      Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.

4.      Forecast demand and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to retail locations.

5.      Implement supply chain management strategies to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.

6.      Resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain in a timely manner.

7.      Prepare and present reports on supply chain efficiency and performance to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

8.      Proven experience as a Supply Chain Management Specialist, preferably in the retail sector.

9.      Extensive knowledge of retail logistics and supply chain management best practices.

10.  Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex logistical challenges.

11.  Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

12.  Proficiency in supply chain management software.

13.  Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

14.  A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
