Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced BI Developer to work on dashboarding and reporting that will support our implementations. This person will use their knowledge of BI systems and development best practices to visualize organizational and specialist level KPI's for key internal stakeholders.
Professional Skills:
• Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Information Systems or relational functional field).
• Excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in leading and managing quality deliverables for project(s).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross functional team.
• Experience working directly with internal stakeholders to define requirements, provide ongoing status updates and present final/enhanced dashboard projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills who can convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Self-starter able to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with multiple priorities.
Technical Skills:
• 5+ years QlikView experience including design, development, installation/configuration, data management, administration and support.
• Experience with QlikView version 11 preferred.
• Knowledge of additional BI systems such as PowerBI and Looker preferred.
• Strong experience with Business Intelligence concepts and patterns (Dashboards, Analytics, Predictive Analytics, Metadata).
• Experience with data modeling including Star and Snow Flake schemas.
• Knowledge / Experience with PL/SQL.
• Experience with Salesforce.com reporting and dashboard development.
• Experience with dimensional, logical and physical data modeling for data warehouse/data marts.
• Working knowledge of relational database platforms like Oracle, DB2, Teradata or MS SQL Server.
• Experience working with and combining data from multiple sources.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics.
• Experience with Knowledge Centered Support methodology preferred.
