Job Description:
The Client is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Web Producer who will be responsible for implementing and modifying content on the Knowledge Network website. Using the content management system and other technologies, this candidate will work alongside designers, editors and back-end programmers to keep the support & learning website current as well as assuring that it adheres to standards of quality and usability.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Implementing, updating and revising existing online material
• Front-end site administration and maintenance
• Coordinate with various scrum teams
• Assuring code meets pre-established standards
• Maintain a high level of service with the various internal clients and partners
• Implement new technologies and develop, document and implement new technical procedures and processes
• Manage and prioritize queue of requests in coordination with external publishing vendors
Requirements:
• Ability to write high quality and well-documented HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with Drupal
• Knowledge of Photoshop and experience with web editors
• Knowledge of cross platform, cross browser compatibility issues
• Project Management experience
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication skills; an ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical people
• Strong team player; add value to team efforts; must have the ability to maintain a good rapport with project team members and clients.
