Prioritizing enhancement projects with

our business partners (George Melvin and Bonnie Kikkert).

Analyzing and assessing requirements Collaborating with

architecture on design Creating estimates and delivery

assumptions Aligning enhancements to scheduled releases

Planning development, testing and implementation Attending

planning and status meetings on larger projects (e.g. GEO

Expansion) Some of the Claims work for projects like GEO are

performed by our ASM team. Peggy works with the ASM team to

get status and provide direction when required. Reporting

status for enhancements and projects as listed in the bullet

above Design, code, testing as required Overseeing

development efforts of junior team m embers on the

enhancement initiatives Technologies include: VB6, .NET,

Oracle, PL/SQL, Mainframe
