BA –NEED RETAIL EXPERIENCE

Client : Bed Bath and Beyond

 

Collect and analyze business requirements from multiple sources including merchandising, marketing, supply chain, operations, finance etc. for project’s by coordinating interviews, requirement workshops, business and workflow analysis. Prepare accurate and detailed requirement specification documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents. Document the acquired results of analysis and workflows as well as obtaining sign-off from the appropriate business units. Communicate effectively with external business partners and internal teams to deliver the projects requirements. Engage in multiple initiates simultaneously. Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.

Requirements:
* Experience working in Agile Environment
* Strong experience using SQL
* Advanced Excel skills
* Experience in Retail industry/Supply Chain experience is preferred
* IBM Rational Requirements and/or JIRA experience is a plus
