Position: SAP VC Consultant
Location: Piscataway, NJ
Duration: 12 Months
Description:
We need an onsite resource to lead the creation and maintenance of the manufacturing variant configurator in SAP (VC), for a few of our product lines, specifically for our Fluorescence portfolio of instruments and accessories. This resource will also work on seamless integration of front-end CPQ with back-end SAP VC. We expect the project to take 12months of full time on site support.
This person will work with our local team to:
- Set up the manufacturing variant configurator in SAP making it fully functional
- Train Manufacturing Engineers on the entire process
- Document all VC details for each product line setup
- Write detailed work instructions on VC setup and ongoing maintenance
- Provide training to Sales, Applications, and other teams who will interface with the Manufacturing VC
Skills:
- SAP PP Super User
- SAP VC Super User
- Knowledge of SAP Sales & Operations Planning
- Experience with manufacturing of configurable products (Built-to-Order/Configure-to-Order)
