Background
The Florida Department of Revenue (DOR) maintains the Child Support Automated Management System (CAMS) supporting Florida’s Child Support Program (CSP). The CAMS System utilizes Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) technology using SAP (System Application Products). SAP provides the foundation of CAMS and allows comprehensive automation of business rules and workflow processes.
DOR is seeking one (1) individual to provide functional assistance consulting services in support of the operations and maintenance of the CAMS system.
This is a new consultant position not an existing position. The consultant will work in the CSP’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team within the Enterprise System Support Process (ESSP).
