Job title: Genesys Technical Lead Location: Portland OR Duration: 9 Months Role Description: Genesys Technical Lead This role would lead the technical delivery of our Genesys implementation project - Call Center Automated Call Distribution (ACD) and Integrated Voice Response (IVR) using Genesys PureConnect. The Genesys Tech Lead will work closely with our Skype for Business Tech Lead and our Project Management Office to facilitate overall project delivery from a technical lens. Act as an extension of the IT&S enterprise applications team, providing hands-on leadership for all technical aspects of the project; contributing to technical requirements and end-solution designs. a. Voice and call center technology acumen is required 2. Support the Genesys PM as well as report to multiple stake holders. a. Some project management experience is required 3. Produce reports and sometimes present to NWN project teams, steering committees, and sponsors. a. Organization, presentation, and clear communication skills are required 4. Perform analysis and information gathering support for the project, often directly with our business stakeholders a. Experience and understanding of business analysis is required 5.
