Job Description
As RPA Technical Lead should implement RPA and other intelligent automations across business functions and use it to reduce cycle time and errors in their critical business processes.
Act as an “IT liaison” to work with the respective functions to coordinate automation development so IT is in synch with functional needs and to help resolve IT issues that may arise.
Creates high-level architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems
Design and create the bot frameworks using queues, interfacing RPA and chatbots, API enabling and instrumenting the bots and ability to extend the implementations using code as needed.
Configure new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand using Robotics technologies.
