Job Details:
Must Have Skills
1. Minimum 5 to 7 years of production support experience in Manhattan WMS SCALE 2016 OR higher
2. Should have excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills in supporting Manhattan WMS SCALE
3. Should be able to drive crisis calls independently and work on to bring permanent resolutions to the recurrent issues in the SCALE WMS application running in customers distribution centers
Minimum years of experience*: 5+
Certifications Needed: No
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
1. Lead and perform incident management, service request management and problem management
2. Drive crisis calls, work with all interface teams and work towards permanent resolution for recurring, warehouse impacting issues.
3. Should work in onsite offshore model and be able to coordinate with offshore on a daily basis.
