• Along with SCRUM /Agile wok experience he/she should have about 15 years exp in scrum /agile program management. person has to
• Maintained all change management procedures for technical department and ensured system compliance to Sarbanes-Oxley regulations through regular auditing.
• Maintained RFP proposal generation engine for the organization, bidding and winning projects up to/ atleast $200,000 in revenue.
• Enforced continuous improvement via goal setting, project retrospectives, internal administration changes and process improvement standard definition.
• Should be able to Led Quality Assurance effort for train repositioning project and setup Traceability Matrix to align Requirements with Test Cases.
