Position type: Contract
Contract duration: 6 months+ extension possible
 
 
MUST HAVE SKILLS –
• Exp. in BMC Remedy
• Exp. in ServiceNow
• Exp. in HP Service Manager
• Exp. in Dynatrace
• Exp. in ITIL Service Lifecycle management
 
JD:
• Experience in incident, problem and change management
• Ability to work closely with technology and business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage teams and development programs to ensure successful service delivery.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
