1. Optimize the Microsoft SCOM (System Center Operations Manager) alerts
2. Formulated custom reports via SQL server Reporting tools
Detailed Job Description:
- Experience in SCOM 2012, 2016
- Administered, maintained and supported SCOM platform Experience in SCOM alert management
- Perform through problem management analysis of SCOM alerts
- Optimize the SCOM alerts Inputs for the right thresholds and alerts to configure Formulated custom reports via SQL server Reporting tools.
- Implemented improvement procedures on Microsoft SCOM based systems.
- Collaborated with technology department to implement functional enhancements on applications
Minimum years of experience: 7+
