Job Title: Business Analyst with Healthcare
Location: Hartford, CT
Duration: 12 Months + Ext possible

Position Type: Contract
- At least 8 years of functional BA experience with knowledge on healthcare domain.
- Proficient in BA skills, should be able to handle requirements end-to-end.
- Must have hands-on experience in preparing use cases, user stories, functional requirements, process and UML diagrams.
- Proficiency with SQL for data analysis; ability to write queries and understanding of database concepts.
- Should have experience on Salesforce CRM and ETL process.
- Should have worked on both Agile and Waterfall methodologies; experience with Agile methodology is given priority.
- Should have experience with scrum techniques, and facilitating scrum ceremonies.
- Experience with enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional large scale initiatives.
- Should have worked on large RFPs in the Healthcare space.
- Professional education like certified scrum master is an added advantage.
