Reason is that most of them worked on JSP (Java Server Pages) long back. We need someone who has worked on JSP in recent past. Please source profiles accordingly
Candidates will be evaluated for JSP skills. So, aligning with the candidates on JSP coding evaluation is important.
Please look for candidates who has recent hands on experience in JSP and is ready to get hands on evaluated on JSP
Around 10 Years of professional experience as a Senior Full stack Developer with a good understanding of database designing, development and installation of different modules.
Experience in Client Side designing and validations using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular, React, Node.JS, JSON, JSP,jQuery, AJAX, XML, IDE and Tool.
Worked with Java 8, Spring, Spring Boot, Restful web services, JUnit, Spring Security and AWS
