Responsibilities:
• Design technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems maximizing the capabilities of the Salesforce platform
• Establish the technical roadmap encompassing all aspects of a Salesforce.com program: data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, performance, and software development
• Setup, customize and develop Salesforce.com and related app implementations
• Establish strong functional and performance test best practices
• Lead design sessions and communicate technical design options to senior stakeholders
• Engage other enterprise architects to ensure fit to the larger technical landscape
• Ensure that CRM installations run as intelligently and efficiently as possible through continuous improvement and management
Requirements
• At least 5 years’ experience in a SFDC technical architecture role
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce fundamental architecture, object model, data, and security model, along with solid experience in Salesforce reporting and dashboards
• End to end implementation experience with Sales Cloud and SFDC platform
• Hands-on experience with the Salesforce Lightning platform
• Advanced Salesforce configuration skills, including custom objects, workflows, Flows, Process builder, and Lightning App Builder
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification preferred
• A strong understanding of the sales CRM and technology landscape – best practices, implementation, and integration; ability to leverage experience to deliver analytics and insights in support of growth
