Detailed Job Description:
• Minimum 7+ year overall experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience’ working in Kronos Work Force Dimensions
• In dept Knowledge of Accruals and Pay Policies building blocks
• Knowledge of BIRT Studio for development of Custom Reports
• Experience of working on Integrations of Dimensions
• Understands End to End flow of information between different applications
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently with Client
Minimum years of experience: 5-8 years
Top 3 Required Skills:
• Responsible for Requirement Gathering, BRD Creation, Testing and Deployment of Enhancements following Agile Techniques
• Experience of Working with Ticket management Tools and JIRA
• Manage client requirements and deliver desired solution
