No   Job Details: Top 3 Required Skills: •        Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Implementation/AMS experience •        Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Reports (OTBI and BIP) •        Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll related Extracts, HDL and Fast Formula   Job Description / Responsibilities: •        At least 8 years of experience in software development life cycle •        5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Implementation or support projects as technical resource •        At least 4 years of extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud – BI and OTBI reporting, HCM Extracts, Data Conversion, HDL loads •        Experience in writing Fast Formulas •        Knowledgeable in writing approval rules and configuring DFFs & EFFs •        Knowledge in Data Loading/Conversions using HCM Data loader (HDL) and Spreadsheet Loaders including workforce structure data, worker data, contracts data, work relationships data, salary info, etc. •        Excellent Skills on HDL, HCM Extracts, BI reporting, Fast Formulas •        Solution design, POC, Troubleshooting of issues •        Excellent communication skills •        Experience in Global delivery model   Interview Process (Is face to face required?): No Minimum years of experience: 08+ Years Certifications Needed: No   If this job/position is not suitable to you, please refer a candidate and earn a referral bonus. Vedainfo Referral Program is one of the best in the industry!
