Coaching the scrum team on how to use scaled agile practices and values with a preference for use of the Scaled Agile Framework SAFe.
Facilitating scaled agile ceremonies and coaching teams on best practices, supporting with advancement and improvement of scaled agile within Oracle ERP Project.
Ensure teams attain a high performance level in the practice of scrum delivery by recognizing areas of strength and improvement, employing appropriate coaching and development techniques.

Coaching the scrum team on how to use scaled agile practices and values with a preference for use of the Scaled Agile Framework SAFe.
Facilitating scaled agile ceremonies and coaching teams on best practices, supporting with advancement and improvement of scaled agile within Oracle ERP Project.
Responsible for ensuring scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.
