Position: Mainframe Production support

Location: O'Fallen, MO

Duration: Contract

Job Description: 

• Should have worked extensively in COBOL, VSAM, DB2, JCL, File aid, endevor.
• Should have good hands-on knowledge on IBM Mainframe with minimum of 5 years' experience.
• Should have Production Support experience and create & follow the Standard Operating Procedures.
• Should have knowledge on ITIL process - at bare minimum Incident Management, Change Management & Service
• Request Management. Preferably worked on any Ticketing tool
• Should have client facing experience in the form of attending daily status calls.
• Should have good written and oral communication skills
• Willing to work in different shift timings
