Role : Unix SQL Production support
Location :O'Fallon,Missouri

Job Description

Primary Skills –

• UNIX and Oracle ( Unix Shell scripting and Oracle SQL)

• ITIL process knowledge is mandatory

• Support experience for Java/J2EE/Spring/Springboot based applications,

• SOAP/REST applications,

• Load balancer,

• Authentication/Authorization,

• Security,

• Alert/Monitoring tools and

• PCF/Linux based application's CI/CD pipeline via Jenkins.

• Production support experience – 5-7 years

• Splunk and Dynatrace – Monitoring tools, knowledge of tool usage , logs review, dashboard creation is required

• Customer interview will be there

• Good communication skills are required

Additional Details –

• This is prod support Role, not a developer role

• Java, C++, DevOps – Good to have skills
