 Position:   IT Business Analyst Banking

 

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

 

Duration: 6+ months

 

VISA;  USC, GC GCEAD

 

Job Description:

• We are looking for a talented and experienced business analyst to join our team to assist with the development of our merchant services disputes platform.
• The ideal candidate will have a background in claims and dispute processing - including acquirer disputes.
• They will work closely with business partners to develop requirements, record and document flow, and work closely with the architecture team for direction.
• Claims Disputes management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, writing, and relationship skills across varied levels of influence
• Ability to create stories will little direction or guidance
• Excellent analytical and logical skills
• Self-starter with thought leadership
• Ability to partner with both technology and business associates to implement solutions
• Strong knowledge of project life cycle, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Merchant Acquirer Disputes Processing
• Payments or Banking background is highly preferred
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to team environment
• Experience working in Agile or Waterfall methodology and understanding of various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Certified Pega Business Architect is highly preferred.
