Responsibilities :
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled SAP IBP Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the health, performance, and reliability of our SAP IBP applications and systems.
Responsibilities:
Advisory Role: Act as a subject matter expert for SAP IBP, providing recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
System Optimization: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for system optimization and improvement, implementing changes as necessary.
User Support: Provide technical and functional support to SAP IBP users, addressing issues, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring system stability.
System Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance tasks, updates, and patches to ensure the SAP IBP system is up to date and secure.
Incident Resolution: Investigate and resolve incidents, problems, and service requests related to SAP IBP promptly and efficiently.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, support processes, and issue resolutions.
Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users and team members to improve their understanding of SAP IBP functionalities and best practices.
Integration: Assist in integrating SAP IBP with other systems, ensuring data flows smoothly across the organization.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to align SAP IBP with business goals.
Qualifications:
Experience: Several years of hands-on experience with SAP IBP implementation and support, including configuration and troubleshooting. Total experience must not exceed 15 years.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP IBP S&OP, Control Tower, SAP CI-DS
Communication: Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend solutions to enhance system performance.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team and across departments.
Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to evolving technologies and business requirements.
