Great communication, ability to navigate with multiple groups – with great collaborative attitude.

 

Heap dump analysis, memory.

 

Technical skills - .Net, SQL, AWS knowledge, System design concepts, Dynatrace

Other traits :

•              Proactive, and someone who can take ownership to drive resolution

•              Monitoring applications and infrastructure alerts, and reacting quickly

•              Recommending and implementing solutions to mitigate repeat product issues

•              Identifying and implementing automation opportunities to ensure success
