 Position: Azure Devops engineer

 

Location: Troy, MI (Hybrid role)

 

Duration: 12+ Months

 

Visa: USC,GC,

 

Looking for developer / Engineer that have the following experience:

• Working knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, and GitHub
• Has experience migrating content from Jira to AzureDevOps using custom scripts or using any of the commercial tools that are available. Has experience configuring Azure DevOps to support enterprise rollout.
• Experience moving content from Bitbucket to GitHub is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of IT system architecture and design principles.
• Proficient at Visio or other diagraming tools.

Key responsibilities:

• Work with users to review current Jira boards setup, determine a migration approach, and perform migration with validation.
• Create and train users on how to transition from Jira to Azure DevOps
• Help configure and maintain Azure DevOps
• Admin configurations
• Extensions
• GitHub integration
• Support all assigned activities for the DevOps projects.
