§  Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Servicenow platform well versed with ServiceNow scripting. §  Service now implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset). §  Service now implementation experience in ITBM modules (Idea, Demand, PPM, APM). §  Service now implementation experience in ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management). §  Candidates must have 10+ years of ServiceNow CMDB & Asset Management experience. §  Experience in Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, DB connector, plugins etc.)
