Detailed Job Description:
Good experience in Customer Service technology front end backend java script, Java, backend, telecom, genesys, ivr, desktop C .net, Salesforce. Hands on in production to test end to end including new releases changes Triage issues coming through tickets, alerts, emails and warm transfer to right L2L3 Engineering team Escalate major incidents to command center Follow up on issue closure, drive SLAs. Ensure Knowledge Base updated being leveraged Drive proactive monitoring Ability to provide backup cover
 
Minimum years of experience: 8 years
 
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:
