Job Title: Performance Tester/Engineer
Location: Irvine, CA

Position Type: Contract Job Description:
* Understand the application architecture and business domain
* Proficient and hands-on experience in Load Runner and monitoring tools like Appdynamics Dynatrace, Splunk etc
* In-depth knowledge and experience in Performance Testing Methodologies and Best Practices
* Conduct system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity and scalability
* Analyze performance test results and coordinate with development teams for enhancements
* Generate performance test summary reports for review
* Analyze root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions
* Develop automated test scenarios and environments for performance testing
* Review and recommend improvements to existing performance test procedures
* Compare and contrast system performance with varying levels of physical resources (RAM, CPU cores, Disk caches, Network)
* Identify and address recurring problems/ issues.
