Job Title: SFDC Tester
Work Location & Reporting Address: Dallas, TX 75201
Client : Infosys / Neiman Marcus
Contract duration months 8 +
Job Details:
- Document and update detailed business requirements
- Document and co-develop functional design specs for Salesforce platform-based configurations
- Log and manage configuration ticket requests
- Create use cases based on detailed requirements and functional specs for QE, E2E and UAT testing cycles
- Support, execute and conduct validations for QE and E2E testing
- Support the planning, scheduling, execution and issue resolution for E2E and UAT
Requirements:
- This individual must have prior BSA experience in a similar role in the GTM business area.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong ability to work with business customers
- Detail oriented and thorough
- Experience in business process flows and documentation
- Good team player with a Salesforce "Ohana" family spirit
Minimum years of experience 5+
