Client: Infosys Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) Consultant at Plano, TX (75024) Job Type: Contract Job Duration: 6+ months Job Description: Must Have Skills:
* Strong knowledge of Employee Central Foundation Objects, Generic Objects, Event Reasons Derivations, Business Rules and Notifications
* Strong Knowledge on HR Business Processes, SAP SF-EC
* Sound Techno Functional Application Support and Development tasks liaising with client HR team
* Strong integration knowledge with Employee Central Payroll
Nice to have skills:
* Good communication skills and ability to lead design workshops and explain industry leading practices
* Should understand the functional design, requirements, configuration workbook
Minimum years of experience: 5+
Responsibilities:
1. Delivery Lead for 1 or more smaller SFEC projects
2. Liaise with Business, Vendor Partners, Internal IT team and help navigate the delivery of the program
3. Develop, plan and schedule the development, introduction, communication and maintenance of all Projects
