Detailed Job Description:
Ability to support Technical Consultants and leads in building solutions and providing technical mentoring and guidance. You will have deep understanding on the Life Cycle of Development including Deployment Packaging effectively using Metadata API, Change Set and Ant. Traits of a seasoned technical professional with 23 full lifecycle SalesForce.com implementations. Openness to assist clients in the Design, business architect, process development, functional implementation, and support of Salesforce
5 + years of experience working with the salesforce customer portal, web services, Apex, SOQL, Visual Force, Eclipse IDE, Data Loader, Reports and Dashboards
3 + years of experience working development, interacting with the client and other vendors; participation & support for UAT, and support release management to the different environments.
Understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and Code Coverage
Solid understanding of Salesforce Standard Objects and Business Processes around them
Minimum years of experience: 5+
Certifications Needed: Yes, PD1, PD2.
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
1. Lead technical design sessions with customers and project teams, and creation of technical design specifications
2. Responsible for architecting solutions and development in Visualforce, Apex, Lightning Components.
3. Ability to quickly acquire new technical expertise and understanding of latest Salesforce features and major launches and train and mentor our team on them
