This is an urgent requirement, with Omni channel order fulfillment process
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Experience and expertise in Business Process Flow documentation
- Good Knowledge of Omni channel Order Fulfillment process
o E.g. Buy Onsite Delivery from Store, Buy Online Ship from Store, Buy Online Pick in Store
- Knowledge of Last mile Delivery process
