Detailed Job Description:
1.Installation and maintenance of WebSphere Application Server.
Installation of WAS product.
Experience with SSL configurations in Was.
Experience in deploying, configuration and administration of J2EE applications
on WAS 8.x
Creating and configuring Clusters and other resources.
Experience in configuring WebSphere Global Security with various registers.
Experience on applying fix packs.
Experience in troubleshooting OutOfMemory, GC, hung threads, CPU
Starvation issues.
Experience in creating scripts / utilities to automate repetitive tasks (back-ups,
refreshes, fail overs, health check etc.)
Generate and propagate webserver plugin
2.Installation of WCS and maintenance
Installation of WebSphere product
Creating WCS instances.
Experience on applying fix packs for both the product and instances.
3.Installation of SOLR and maintenance
Experience in setting up search index
Experience in enabling replication for search servers.
Create custom scripts for indexing jobs
4.Unix/Linux knowledge
Creating File system
Creating NAS drives / Symbolic links
Change the ulimit values
